Our seal; down payment; and guarantee.
2 Corinthians 1:22 ‘Who has also sealed us, and given the down payment of the Spirit in our hearts.’
The life of Christ in us is the seal
that sets us apart from the world.
The Holy Spirit is given to us as the down payment
of our full inheritance in Christ.
He is our guarantee right now that
what God has promised He will fulfil.
